©Seth F.Weaver, Sr. Compullage™ work. A tribute to Clint Eastwood using 2 pictures from different westerns he’s made. I’m on this Old West theme here lately. It started with the “Showdown” work and there’s probably a lot more to come. Thanks for looking Seth.

This country hurts! Este país duele!!
by Daniela M. CasallaThis country hurts! We never learn. / We keep on opening wound…
This country hurts! We never learn. / We keep on opening wounds. / We keep on being selfish. / We keep on being coup seekers. / We keep on being racists. / We keep on looking to another side / We keep on crying over past mistakes / that could have been prevented / and we keep on crushing against / the same stone over and over again… I can’t stop feeling this anguish / I can’t stop bleeding / I can’t stop feeling ashamed / I can’t stop crying… I think we are letting pass the smallest chance, at least the smallest chance to / demand. / We are trying to bring back someone with “strong hand” that will keep getting water to the same old mills, without droping a single drop to the really thirsty people… / And by the time we became thirsty, / It will be too late… Daniela Casalla. Junio, 2008 / No aprendemos más. / Seguimos abriendo heridas. / Seguimos sin ser solidarios. / Seguimos siendo golpistas. / Seguimos siendo negadores. / Seguimos siendo racistas. / Seguimos siendo necios. / Daniela Casalla
