Shot this back in November, 2004, when the grass was much greener, and there was water in the dam. There’s only been water in that dam one other time since then, and it lasted around 6 weeks….this is a nice reminder of what we used to have…. Peter Hill and I visited the Botanical Gardens in Sydney on Sunday for some photography. I wanted to show this path from….well, a ducks point of view when lo and behold who should just waddle straight through shot, Mr duck and friends. This one was bringing up the rear. Didn’t quite catch it in the line of focus but I quite like the way it blends in as it does. Canon EOS 5D / Canons Lens EF 85mm 1:1.2 L II USM / F/1.2 / Exposure 1/1000 sec. / Metering Mode: Pattern / Exposure compensation: -1 step. Thanks for looking – best viewed large. Cheers Crispin. . /
