This was a commission from friends to be a wedding present for their daughter. Its a painting of their driveway on their property which has been in the family a long time. The newly weds were moving into one of the two houses on the property and they thought that the painting would make a unique and fitting present. The painting hangs in their house like it has always meant to be there. / Acrylic on canvas board. 50cm x 70cm. 2007 Commission. Has been featured in ‘Trees’ group.

This is my driveway near Kresgeville, Pennsylvania. This was a beautiful sunny day right after a big storm. It was very beautiful and I was glad I had a snow day to enjoy it. Canon AE1 Film Camera 250 shutter speed 200 film 70-210 zoom lens.
