While my scanner is on the blink I’ve been going through some of my photos taken while in Shanghai, China in 2006 and found a few with potential. I don’t think I’ll upload too many as photography isn’t one of my strong points, but it is fun to see what you can do with an image in photoshop. This one was taken while in a river traffic jam, our driver was a real character!

Taxi Driver poster. Travis Bickle might be a little paranoid & unstable, he’s still a fucking good guy.

SUNDAY 2ND NOVEMBER, 2008 I saw these two on the road today and just couldn’t resist taking a snap. I love how you can tell just from their silhouettes that it’s an old couple driving in the car they probably dated in. Literally this guy was a Sunday driver as not only was he a slow driver… but it was on a Sunday! FEATURED November in That’s Funny Group . .

This shot was the main centre-spread of a feature I recently had published in Tokyo’s ‘Metropolis’ magazine. It has also featured recently in mags in Australia, Singapore and Poland. To beging with the guy hanging out of the window spotted me and then just wouldnt lean out again. I attached my camera to a 10ft monopod, put a cable-release on and held the camera out with an 11mm lens on it. He thought I had walked off and I still got exactly the angle I wanted….

This is a juvenile and is a funny shot to me. I had been watching him since he was born and he is about 2 mos. old here and just started flying. He overshot his landing in the top of the tree and was trying to apply the brakes. Shot at Silverbell Lake, Tucson, AZ. I have so many shots of these herons that I’ve never posted and I will post some of them. Please don’t feel that you need to comment.
