This is about growing. This is about questioning who and what we are. This is about wanting to feel safe, and finding refuge in our minds, dreams, aspirations, visions, faith, imagination, and creativity. And this is about saving grace.

This is about physical, emotional, mental, and political abuse, and trying to find peace of mind through it all. It is also about being kept in a cage, and the losses this causes, such as, in the last lines of this work, lost love.
