I so wanted to swat this damn insect with my shoe!! Just to keep it still for a moment!! I spent the better part of an hour following this gorgeous dragon around – as I’d focus and check the composition, he’d fly off. Well I finally got 3 decent pics!! As is. Nikon D80 / Nikkor 105 AF-S VR Micro / f/13; 1/60; ISO 100; On Camera – Flash on TTL (to freeze any movement and to get a catchlight). And another one I got:
