Walking down to the beach. It was a cool bleak day. These footprints caught my eye. The volcanic sand had flecks of purple in it which sparkled!. Quite a memorable experience

This is the second HDR image shot the other day on my girlfriend’s property.. I was inspired to try my hand at an HDR involving a dam after seeing some of the brilliant work here on the Bubble.. I think it turned out well and I liked how the image almost looks as though it is bent if you look at the tree line.. / As always comments are most welcome! Thanks a lot for looking! I remember riding in the back of the truck, as my daddy took a load of corn to this mill to have it ground, and I remember all those hot pans of cornbread my momma used to cook with that huge pot of brown beans…...boy things have sure changed today!! / You can get a great bowl of beans while visiting this mill, they have a really great restaurant, but I have to say I do not think I have ever tasted a bean like my momma cooked. /
