Watercolour & acrylics on Schoellershammer N 10 paper made from ‘Spanish grass’ pulp / 300g/m2. Olive was in one of those funny dreams I have. She is a brave warrior, she just wanted to bring peace to the world. She kidnapped the dove symbolising Peace. / Olive came and stop the wars; as a giant girl she walked the globe in 2 hours and fought all the killing machines by squeezing them. After all, Olive is a corageous peacemaker. I liked her a lot. A white dove with an olive branch is the symbol of peace for part of the humanity.

This is my rendition of the stairway to heaven, when we go toward the light. In my mind it is this brilliant light filled with the colors of the rainbow. The dove of peace or the Holy Spirit would be waiting to show me the way and to take away any fear. I am not afraid of dying, in fact, I think that it will be the positive experience to far out weigh any positive experience that I have ever had, other than my birth. This was inspired by Vonne of Ravensoul. The artwork that she uploaded yesterday titled The World Within and the narrative that went along with it made me really take a step back and think about what she had written. This is MANY photos, layers, and textures deep. so much so I could not understand why my iMac was being slow towards the end well turns out the raw unmerged file is well over a GIG. I think this is my biggest yet. / Thank you for looking! This actually started out to be a DARK Image but nothing would really work out. Once I completed it I showed my brother. He and I are very close and he said have you noticed that you are no longer in the dark at the bottom of your art? You are now in the light and right in the center and moving higher with each piece? / WOW what an impact that had on me! My earlier art was dark and basically I was putting myself in Hell in most of my work But I think I worked through so much with my art that time and gaining some self worth has moved me upwards and I have allowed myself to leave the self made cage/hell and go into the light and really LIVE. / Thank you Joey for helping me along the way. I would never have made it without your Love.

The final image that I shall present from this wonderful morning up at Dove Lake…...I have several more, but I would like to wait for similar conditions, capture more material from different places, and present them here…..It could be awhile before conditions are like this again!!!!!Taken with the trusty Canon 50d with 18-200mm lens!!!! /

By special request, thanks very much for e-mailing me, and I hope this suits your requests! Cradle Mountain taken from Dove Lake, with the boat shed to the right. The tree to the right is an Australian Gum Tree, or eucalypt. Taken at sunset 5:35pm. I know there is millions of photos of this famous mountain range, so I hope you like this one. Cradle mountain is in the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, Tasmania, Australia. The main peak is 1,545 metres above sea level. Canon 50D, 12mm. Available Large, and best viewed Large!
