Yesterday, I went to a new art gallery in my neighborhood and showed the director my RB site. She was impressed and asked me to be in a group show in 2010. I also showed my site to my doctor and he bought a painting. The presentation is good and the quality is excellent, especially when the image is enlarged. It feels like my luck is changing. This is a positive feeling that I haven’t had for a long time. / I had a one woman show at the Meyer Gallery, Bourke St, Darlinghurst, Sydney in March 2009. It was a good show and I was very proud, but I only sold one piece. Now, I will do group shows there. The good thing is I still have a gallery. It was an excellent experience though, having a gallery all to yourself. All my work is still in Sydney, The gallery kept everything after the show was over. / One other new RB experience that I had was recieving many thank you comments from people whose work I liked. I was amazed at how many people responded. There is a sense of community here that is very enriching. Within the group forums I have founnd a similar sense of belonging, especially with Gretchen in the Red Reading Room. She works very hard to make their forums successful. / Well, I think I have said all I have energy for, thanks for reading. I am going to post a new poem and see what happens.

I have to admit I have a bit of a thing about doors, but not just any door of course. This was 3 miles outside Llangollen town, one of a few images taken at the ruined abbey that day.
