Eheh.. sorry am late.. but, i think most of you guys out there have read the journal written by Karin about Clinical Depression and my new gallery here in RB? ^ _ ^“ Eheh.. yea, i just started a new gallery here as SilentCries... it’s sorta supposed to be a place where i’ll upload some of my darker “angsty” pieces and writings.. so those used to Tim and my lil animal friends here might not be able to accept my writings or drawing there.. so i was rather hesitant and scared to announce or tell anyone about it.. i was worried you guys might find me scary or think of me as a freak or something. i started SilentCries mainly because i don’t want to keep them in me.. i don’t want to just keep my pain with me.. i wanna put it up and share it with anyone who might be interested to look at it.. i also want those who might be in the same situation as me to know that they are not alone. scary disturbing drawings and thoughts.. i have them too.. so i hope people who might be in similar situation as me will feel less isolated and alone.. i hope i can help them express what they feel with my drawings or writings.. i love all the wonderful friends i’ve made here and at Zazz as frozenfa.. so i was worried that if you guys see that other side of me, i’d scare you guys away, i’d lose the friends i have.. but then again, the works in SilentCries are a part of me as well. so basically, am perfectly ok with anyone who might not want to be associated with me over at SilentCries, but i truly hope you guys won’t be afraid and avoid me here as well.. I have had some troubble with my car this summer. In the end of June I was on a trip and I had to fill up the car. I have a Plymouth Grand Voyager that I took home from Florida. It is a Flexifuel that I can drive not only on 95 octan but in Ethanol (E85) too. / I filled the car with what I thought was 95 octan ( it stood that on the pump) after about 200m my car started to act strange. It sounded like a old 70`s Mercedes :( but I was able to take me home if I drove very very careful. / Everyone said that the engine was finish. But I said it must have been the fuel. No one belived me. But after I have fill my car up again , now with real 95 octan the car went back to be a nice car again. I phone the oil company and they told me that the man that filled up their tank, filled diesel in the 95 pump by misstake and they will pay for every damage it have done to my car. / After the right fuelwas filled I got some codes from the engine that something was wrong. / It was from the transmission. Every one I met told me that the transmission have nothing to do with what kind of fuel you have in the car. / Now my transmission in the car is caput :( but thanks to a man here that find the manual for Chrysler we make the oil company to understand that it is because the fuel. / When I filled my car with diesel it made my car powerless and the engine tried to fix that and set all settings in the middle. Between the 95 octan and E85. But the transmission had to deal with a powerless engine and started to skidded. Because of the Diesel the codes didn´t show up. When I filled the car with 95 octan again and the car got back the power the codes came fast. But then it was to late for the transmission. / Yesterday the oil company send me a emial and they promise to take the cost for the transmission too. I write this because if it is someone somewhere that do/did the same as I you should know that the transmisson could be damage of wrong fuel. / If I haven´t been so stubborn it have cost me much much money. / So now my car is on the engineering workshop for transmission change :) / It will take a while but I hope it be okay and that not something more have been damage. / Mariana

Most say that Casey was forced from her mothers womb in an act of unspeakable violence from her father. ALL say that this premature separation drove the twins quite mad. Casey shrieked and screamed like a possessed little demon till the moment her sister Katey was born and placed beside her in their crib 7 full weeks later. Her mother loathed this child (Casey that is) finding the screaming from the rotten little brat unbearable. It has been a while I wanted to find how to make my cards fit perfectly, so the trimming done when printed wouldn’t affect the compositio…
It has been a while I wanted to find how to make my cards fit perfectly, so the trimming done when printed wouldn’t affect the composition at all. / I know we could avoid adding elements too close from the edges, but when it comes to traditional art, I want my paper to be filled to the edges. And I’m sure I am not the only one having older works from any art media that are full frame/page, and not wanting to lose any details in them either. After a few trials and errors, I have finally found a way that works ! / Now, I am able to adjust those works and it only takes a few seconds to make them appropriate for RB print process =) / I thought some might find this useful as well, so here is how I do it (see how to below) and let’s start with a preview for you to see how it works fine. This is how it looks like in our portfolio (preview below). I know it is scary to see those borders! and I know many groups don’t allow borders to works submitted. But keep in mind that they only show up in the portfolio. / When you click the preview to see the card, no borders appear. You see it just as it will look like after RB trimmed the borders in the printing process. I hope hosts will consider it as ‘no border’ works, as it is what it will be when buyers receive their card. I would recommend to always make a preview of the card in your description, so everybody (buyers, hosts, etc) see the neat final product ! Now, click the preview image to see the card version, if you didn’t yet =) how to for a standard minimum resolution card 1320×920 pixels at 200dpi here’s what to do: / add 24 pixels to both sides (1320+48) total width should now be 1368 / add 24 pixels to the bottom (920+24) total height should now be 944 / For this horizontal view, the top of the card will not be trimmed (nothing to add) when doubling the size of the card (2640×1840px); / double the number of pixels on those 3 sides (same ratio), / so you get 48px to both sides (+96px total for width) and 48 to the bottom / Your card will now be 2736×1888 pixels, and ready to be printed ;-) (edit-> Dec 8th) : oh ! and I forgot to say that it is also a good solution if we want borders on a work. That way, there won’t be unproportionned borders anymore / . / So this is it ! as simple as this. / I hope this will benefit to a lot of Bubblers =) / and to all hosts, feel free to give the link to this, if you think it will help to reduce rejection of works that do not fill the card or have borders.
