Every donkey taken into the Sanctuary is guaranteed a life of loving care. For many it is the first time in their lives that they have felt loving hands and heard quiet voices. The Donkey Sanctuary website contains more information about the wonderful work done at the Sanctuary. You can make an online donation or even adopt a donkey of your very own.

D- is for Donkey / We came across this donkey on a drive. I thought his face was so adorable I wanted to get a picture. He was quite friendly and it was hard to get a picture, he kept wanting to nudge the camera. So this is a bit of a close up, but still shows his cute face This was taken near Croyden, Utah USA
