Courtesy Wikipedia here Karma (Sanskrit: कर्म kárma (help·info), kárman- “act, action, performance”; Pali: kamma) is the concept of “action” or “deed” in Indian religions understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect (i.e., the cycle called saṃsāra) originating in ancient India and treated in Hindu, Jain, Sikh and Buddhist philosophies. In these systems, the effects of all deeds are viewed as actively shaping past, present, and future experiences. The results or ‘fruits’ of actions are called karma-phala. Courtesy wikipedia here Dogma is the established belief or doctrine held by a religion, ideology or any kind of organization: it is authoritative and not to be disputed, doubted or diverged from. The term derives from Greek δόγμα “that which seems to one, opinion or belief” and that from δοκέω (dokeo), “to think, to suppose, to imagine”. The plural is either dogmas or dogmata , from Greek δόγματα. At the core of the dogma concept is absolutism, infallibility, irrefutability, unquestioned acceptance (among adherents) and anti-skepticism. These concepts typically invoke criticism from moderate and modulated conceptual approaches, and thus “dogma” is often colloquially used to indicate a doctrine which has the problem of claiming absolute truth, when other concepts may be superior. Well folks there comes a time when that Old Yeller dog Trickledown has got to be put down…you know that dog can’t hunt no more…has run his last race and can’t point his tail and the raccoons are just way too smart for his tricks…seems those raccoons got wise and decided to outsmart old yeller dog…oh those raccoons is mighty uppity for raccoons…they got educated to old Trickledowns ways. Seems…when he was a pup why Tricledown was a good old dog a bit of a rascal always ready to go a hunting and chase and fetch whatever was shot not too bright…just say fetch…trusty dog…and did as he was told just a country pup bred that way. Seems folks have been ruminating about Trickledowns ma…Dogma…I tell ya Dogma was a fine bitch she would bark and cavort with all kinds of dogs some a bit mangy…kinda questionable as dogs go…you know the breeds snarling and growling and by god sometimes just mad dogs great hounds though…she did like to run wild with them dogs…that’s how old Trickledown came about can’t tell which old houndog sired old Trickledown could have been anyone of them dogs…Dogma was a bit frisky and ready and willing to stir up that pack of dogs she ran with…never could keep that bitch kenneled…why I would get complaints like “Dogma Bites!” and your “Dogma bit my Dogma!” hard to believe it about that old bitch..folks could get all riled up…folks just bitched about Dogma and her shenanigans I miss that bitch…I am quite when I do go to Sunday meetings to get inspired by the preacher man talking about salvation…and then well I think what’s a gonna happen to old Trickledown when he gets put down…I guess that old yeller dog will get his just reward in dog heaven…must be a heaven for dogs and maybe Trickledown and Dogma can bask in their heavenly reward…the Lord is kind with his blessings…praise the Lord. / Hey I is spoofing with you but not about Dogma and her whelp Trickledown…mad dogs are mad dogs and Dogma Bites! Watch as the Republicans pull out all the stops to derail anything and everything to rebuild the American economy and reach into their old dogma shit bag of tricks to unleash their old Trickledown and Republican Dogma Bites! And yup raccoons and other derogatory remarks or sending out copies of “Barack the Magic Negro” and “The Star Spanglish Banner” and other sick sycophant racism junk mixed in their fascistic us against them ideologue ideology sponsored by Corporate America. If the Republican Party does not start to clean house they will go the way of the Dodo bird and it is evident that Dodo birds are leading the Republican Party today right now….let it trickledown.

Having no conviction that whatever I do in this life will be forgiven in the next means that I tend not to do anything that needs to be forgiven now. The combination of dogmatic belief and the promise of redemption or reward means that too many attrocities are carried out in the name of one god or another. An atheist never has to say your belief is wrong. To an Atheist beliefs are just that…beliefs… acts of faith,not facts of faith.How strange then, that the more people believe in a god the more willing they are to behave like a devil.Can you imagine how an atheist feels when he sees people killing in the name of words, When intelligent people read a two thousand year old fairy story and commit genocide because of it. Water into wine… pumpkin into a carriage…..will somebody please tell me the difference. Can you imagine…....you can now. I think my Karma ran over their Dogma. This is a controversial and thought provoking work. My latest Photoshop piece created for my brother’s 18th birthday. Dogma is from a Yu-Gi-Oh card and is not my own character / I used a crappy scanned card for reference so not all the details are exactly the same (as pointed out by my bro). I created the character in a whole new pose. This was an experiment with lighting and form without resorting to an outline. / I was pretty happy with the outcome.
