Acrylic on canvas I’ve often been amused seeing owners taking their dog(s) out for a walk locally. Sometimes the dogs are so incredibly eager…I wonder who is taking who for a walk. / Here it is a windy day too and things seem to have ‘taken off’!

Aug and Sept brings a daily check for storms and a feeling of Uncertainly . Even my dog goes on her own to the closet and tries to sleep. I hope this picture captures, for all , our feelings for the things we cannot control. I did this picture sometime ago but it is that time of year. I got to go get gass for the generator now, have fun Storm Warning, another Category 4 The sky is turning wild / The wind is starting to blow / As sure as the sun will rise, the wind will fall. / My little angels trust in me, / I’ll be here by your side.

We met a couple with this gorgeous Bernais ?? Mountain Dog, he was terrified of the beach and the sea so he was being carried most of the way along, it was his first time, I just couldn’t resist taking some photos of him and loved this one with the sand on his nose! This award winning photo was my own personal choice for the place of honor in our home: above the hearth. The photo was taken on a still, misty morning near Port Orford, Oregon, of a man walking his dog on the boulder strewn beach, with the hazy coastal mountains rising up in the background. Oshie, a rescue dog, checks out the beach during a beautiful sunrise on the beach in Port Orford, Oregon. Oshie is a shepherd mix who loves to run on the beach… and roll in unidentifiable dead things that she finds. She somehow became unwanted by her former owner when she was only about a year old.
