This is another image from the Peggy’s Cove collection. I’m hoping (probably in vain) that this perspective hasn’t been shot all that often as i don’t like repeating someone else’s work. I don’t recall seeing this small village portrayed this way but that could just be that I missed it. I really love how this shot turned out and I hope you do too!

Egret walking on our dock in the morning light. Good to see all my friends are still here. Been obsessed with work lately, but still taking a shot here and there. Our area has dodged 2 bullets so far (hurricanes Hannah and Ike). The high water levels are left over from Hanna. Ike just gave us some wind.

This was taken at Toledo Bend Lake in Louisiana. I love the reflections in the water of the string of docks along the shoreline and the silhouettes of the fishermen who are still casting as the last rays of light illumine their way.
