An abandoned swimming pool in Keeler Ca. on the edge of what was once Owens Lake.

This humble farmhouse is an enigma wrapped in mystery… at least to me it is. Who lived here? How many children were raised in this home? Was the view from this site always as beautiful as it is today? Why is this house still standing, in disrepair, in the middle of a farmer’s fertile field? Someone has considered this place important enough to leave it completely untouched, for all these years. Why? The photo was just taken with a Canon EOS 10D using a Canon EF 35-350mm f/3.5-5.6L zoom lens set to 350mm. The shutter speed was 1/180th sec. at f/5.6. The camera’s ISO was set to 100. A Manfrotto tripod was used with a remote shutter release cable. The overall view of this green corner of the earth Your comments are always welcome!
