Celebrate the new year with a trendy new T-Shirt! A typographical design featuring the numbers 09 (for 2009) / This is my grungy design which I thought was visually effective with an inverted look, plus it will suit any colour (except white of course!).
The new year is almost upon us, why not celebrate it with a trendy new T-Shirt! A typographical design featuring the numbers 09 (for 2009) / A grungy design with the delicate addition of butterflies worked into the detailing for added interest. I love the combination of the hard cracks and the curves of the swirls. With the 09 inverted in the design there is also a white shadow to lift it. best seen up close to view the detail, see if you can count the butterflies ;o)

With this image I cut out a guitar from a photo of my brother in law jamming on Easter 2007. I cleaned it up, put it through my filter gallery, added the poster edges effect, then I cloned some spots to darken some areas. I also added some shadow on the bottom of the guitar with my basic brushes (photoshop brushes). I then added swirls (photoshop brushes) and erased some parts of it. For the background I added angel wings (photoshop brushes) and put some style to them. I gave them somewhat of an invisible look so whatever color shirt you choose, the wings will be that color. I also added some hearts (photoshop brushes) because we all have that love for music. Underneath the guitar, I added some musical notes (photoshop brushes) to give it that nice touch. Then I said to myself, what the hell, I will add some splatter paint to it to give some extra color and for more of a playful look. For the colors, I altered the colors with my image adjustments. I fixed the contrast, added highlights, and made an auto color adjustment. This is my entry for the music machines challenge
