I recently worked into this image a lot more and am much happier with this new result. I created this image using both Painter and Photoshop. No refferences were used.
/ / It would be such a pity to leave without a comment. Like it? Say so. Don’t like it? Say so too! With a bang, if that fits your style. I’d rather leave a negative impression (on someone) than nothing at all. DullNBoring is NOT my middle name. Neither my last (I knew you’d probably say that!) As for the first name, it’s on the front page. So, please go ahead, leave a note and make my day! Thank you from the heart my friend. / / / / . / Please view also my other work.. / / Thank you for visiting.
I got the idea for this image after watching the old movie Sling Blade. Thank you for viewing my work. Image copyright © 2008, Larry Fridel. Copying and displaying or redistribution of this image without permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.

a real ‘sick card’.........being silly
Dragon art. The old saying is true. Never judge a book by it’s cover. How many times during the course of life have you prejudged someone by their appearance without getting to know what makes them tick? Is it because they aren’t pleasing to your eyes or that they are different that they aren’t worth your time? / Here our friendly dragon is cooling off from the heat of the evening. These gentle giants never judge anyone and will always welcome you to get up close and personal in the land of Bryce. © 2008 Dave Moilanen
... my favourite saying :)

Experimenting with Digital TTV ( – Not a Photoshop filter) – my first time! This is a very anonymous picture. Each of the three visible characters (dog included) are entirely personality-less, due to their backs being turned or heads obscured. And yet, the camera’s angle is facing up to the characters, from a very low angle. Draw conclusions to this as you wish.
I still don’t know if this is finished but i like it like this. Featured In Young Enthusiasts / High Key
Big shout out to DieselLaws who helped me over the naming hurdle for this piece. They’ve got some killer designs so make sure you check em out here!
Had the urge to do something impulsive after spending most of the evening working on Tomorrow so I whipped this up using a bunch of different style brushes. Wanted to get a good mix of colour and shape without using the correct ingredients (eg the arm being made up of various views of a spine). I got a thing for grungy stuff at the moment so this was fun to do.
