I ‘stole’ this shot while my friend Randy (who’s been blessed to be able to make his living as a cowboy) was explaining something to my husband. We learned much, as we listened, about breaking horses. I was struck by the fact that horses are much like people in that to effectively work with them, we must learn to think like them, to get in their minds. When was the last time you tried to figure out what a difficult person was thinking in order to know how to approach them? : )

So many times you see a SIGN posted where someone has changed the wording on it by crossing them out or changing the letters. This was a sign in an outhouse at a wildlife area parking lot…. This was interesting…as I was walking through the gardens…I noticed a spider had built her web above a pond…the humidity was pulling the web into a convex shape, and spider was hanging on for dear life…. I titled it this as I got to thinking…Some spider probably told her…”sure, you can build your web over the pond, no problem”.... I don’t think this turned out too well for the spider…but made for a neat shot…
