This is a image I took of a path along the Red River of the North on the Minnesota side of the river. A soft frost was on the ground and fall was at an end. A grouping of tulips, all of which are the same color. I wanted the front one to stand out from the rest so I used photoshop to select the part of the image that I wanted to remain colored, I then sampled the red part of the tulip to add a color tint to the rest of the image. This allowed the front tulip and leaves to stand out from the group! Origonal image taken in my garden in Shady Cove, Oregon Thanks for viewing and commenting!
