I got this shot of the hottie Phil Devine in Austin Texas, this girl was so much fun!
I created these 2 pieces (slightly different from one another Transcension By Devine Light ) then a title came to mind (btw~it always happens this way for me) the word TRANSCENSION, it fit it perfectly then i pulled it up on google and found this article: Answering the Fermi Paradox: Exploring the Mechanisms of Universal Transcension, © 2002-2007 by John Smart / http://www.accelerating.org/articles/answeringfermiparadox.html / This was the section that stood out to me: / In transcension, once intelligence saturates its local environment, it is constrained to leave local spacetime. It learns how to enter hyperspace, that suspected multidimensional environment hinted at in our string, supersymmetry, and M-theory, and within which cosmologists tell us new universes may be born and other yet-uncertain events may happen. In transcension, advanced intelligence inevitably moves out of our slow and computationally-restrictive spacetime, multi-locally, once it reaches a certain point in its development. The developmental singularity hypothesis is one of several possible versions of the transcension scenario, but it need not be proven correct for constrained transcension to remain the destiny of local intelligence. / In this section i read, i realized this is what i was deplicting, a transformation of this being into a higher state and leaving of this space and time. Isnt it amazing how something you create triggers you to find its meaning and a justification of why you sought out to create it? Lisa C. She is the night star. The shooting star, wish upon her. A divine fae of the dusk and all the colours of the sunset, midnight, the night sky full of stars. 9×12 / Ink.
Fairy goddess of clover and all things luck. This is the lovely Lynsye Medalia fellow bubbler and fee. She was kind enough to send me a few photos for reference. This is my first attempt at her…so it is not quite right in resemblance, but it is a start…as you can see I changed the clothes… I added a touch of red to match her lips. 9×12 / Inks.
Embossed and painted foil with digital color balancing. VIEWS 102 as at 03-12-09 FEATURED in ‘The Divine Feminine’ August, 2009
I wanted something absolutely Much/Art Nouveau. She is a goddess, a phoenix perhaps…lady bird. I had a photo ref. of a belly dancer and it fit so well in what I wanted for her pose. And I was looking through my Much book and saw his Work “Chansons d’aieules” and the wona had her wings coming from/off her arms. So I did the same with a bit of a Sulamith Wulfing feather inspiration. I was also somewhat inspired by Tammy: Moon Spiral I was looking through her gallery whan the initial inspiration hit. 9×12 / Ink.
Tammy aka MoonSpiral as the India goddess Sarasvati. For the Bubbler Portraits group. Sarasvati-”Stimulator”; inventor of Sanskrit and discoverer of soma in the Himalayas. Consort of Brahma and mother of the Vedas. Represented as a graceful woman with white skin, wearing a crescent moon on her brow, and seated on a lotus flower. The creative arts, music, poerty, learning, teaching. (Magick of the Gods & Goddesses by D.J. Conway) 8×10.5 / Ink.
The name Lilith is derived from the assyrian-Babylonian word for LILITU, meaning “Wind Spirit”. Lilith can be found in Sumerian, Baby…
Lilith is a strong influence within my own 12th astrological house, of which I’m currently experiencing…the 12th house is the cyclic period of initiation & ultimate understanding, atonement & attunement, service or suffering, karma and the shadow side of SELF being hidden or embraced. The house that ‘hides’ your secrets, the side of yourself that only comes out when you’re alone, where you keep all traits and behaviors you were taught to stifle and deny. The 12th house is the cycle one month before your new year begins on your birthday…

staying over at a friends place and waking up at sparrows fart to a total whiteout… the deep heavy fog was so devine and walking through it around one of the little dams was so lovely… this is what the ghostly reflections looked like in the water… I find it interesting that the reflections seem more solid than the trees and scrubby bush that are being reflected….. anyway it’s a magical place and I love to go there and spend a little time…
