It is located in Flatwoods, Kentucky, in Greenup County, which lies in the northeastern part of the bluegrass state. Many of my relatives live in or just outside of Flatwoods, and my Dad built this one. / / The scenery from this road is almost surreal, it is so beautiful. Surrounding this road are country farms, barns and old churches. This road winds around a gorgeous mountain cloaked with a variety of lush trees and evergreens, whose leaves are radiant in the Fall of the year with brilliant shades of yellow, orange, red, brown and green. / / At the top of the mountain is the end of this magnificent road, which leads to a private, gated mansion that overlooks the entire county. It is very quiet and peaceful there, and everything, including time, seems to stand still on this beautiful road. If there was a choice between using a regular escalator or climbing ten flights of those stairs, I would choose the stairs without any hesitation! It has to be a happy climb! The Palais des Congrès in Montreal, Quebec, is a genuine feast for the eyes. It’s a convention center with a design relying mostly on its fabulous coloured windows. This is actually a light fitting making up the ceiling within the food court of the Italian version of Harrods which is directly opposite Duomo in central Milan. I liked it immediately and proceeded to get some very strange and confused looks from people! Frankly I thought it was more strange that someone would pay £300 for a bottle of water….
