  • *model/ concept: Art laugh because it’s funny, and cry because it’s so pitifully true, guys… the fact remains that even if you’re a talented design/ art/ photography student, the size of your income may not always be quite so proportionate to the size of your skill. (of course, if you throw in a heavy dose of prayer and ambition, THEN the equation changes…) special thanks to Art for coming up with the idea for this photo, and just being ballsy enough to do this at a freeway exit, where I’m sure drivers were more than a little weirded out by what they saw oh, and by the way… do you guys remember the good ol’ days when we thought $2.87 for a gallon of gas was expensive? we were young, naive and innocent then… fun fact: this photo is nearly two years old! I took this back in late 2006 when I didn’t even have my dSLR yet! I normally don’t go back that far when searching for past photos that are worthy of being tweaked in the lab, but this one was special :)

  • Rain

This stencil was created in lealy 2008 inspired by fashion photography and damp cold London. Recently cut stencil with one layer from an older stencil of a zebra in pink on her dress, with hand drawn cobbled stones. The canvas itself is 3 times in length this is just a mere snap shot of the orginal piece. This piece is 1 of 2, utilising the same same stencil and composition of works I’ve on Red Bubble at the moment.

  • vector graphic created from a pen and ink drawing. Was really inspired by seeing street art and stencil art around Melbourne’s alleyways. Somehow it got into my blood and this illustration came out when playing around one day. Copyright Celia Coulter 2007

  • 56 Blues
by John De Bord Photography IPA

    US$4.28–US$114.00

I suppose you can say I have always been a sucker for old cars, especially Hotrods. There is something about the design and style of the years gone by, that todays designers in the automotive world have lost…the subtle curves of the body line, the way the trim fits along the body, and the overall composition and style….rolling sculpture. Elegance and style which is no longer created by the manufacturers but now recreated by those who spend many a late night out in the garage building a Kustom, wielding the torch, throwing the lead, and hammering the seams. Art it one of it’s most purest forms. Creativity personified. This is quite an older shot but remains one of my favorites, the color in this and the reflection caught my eye when I first captured it. I am not a huge fan of tri-year Chevy’s, but this ‘56 was just to good to pass up. Hope you all like it as much as I do / —-John / —-—-—-—-—-—-—— See more on my website jdebordphoto.com / All artwork is © John De Bord, All Rights Reserved. by Glenn Alderson

    US$3.42–US$91.20

While we were out looking for land at Aldinga a few weeks ago we came across this sofa bed in the middle of the court. This is why you should have your camera on you at all times, never miss an opportunity! This photo was taken at the new Bayswood Housing development at Aldinga Beach, South Australia. The hills in the backround are the Willunga Hills. / We tryed to buy a block hear on stage 9 of the development but they all sold out in 15 minutes. This was about three months ago Update: Yah we got a block! Stage 10 / We had to ring up again & first in best dressed. We had 5 of us ring up to at 10am. We could not get through so we thought we missed again. Then my dad rang & said he got through. Then my mother in-law rang & she got through too. We had 2 blocks to choose from. / / PLEASE VIEW MY GALLERY @ Glenn Alderson Photography Abstract Sunrise & Sunset Ruins & Derelict Buildings Farms & Countryside All Seascapes Botany – Flora Childhood Black & White Birds & Creatures of Flight / © Copyright 2008 Glenn Alderson, All Rights Reserved. / Please note: The watermark shown above will not appear on purchased products.
