  • An old fishing boat that had seen better days. It seemed it had been washed up on the beach at Pondalowie Bay. More water shots

  • I took this shot on my Geography excursion last Tuesday. Richmond and Fitzorys full of factories and jentrified places like this, might go there again next weekend!

  • One of a few abondoned boats left on the shoreline at Polbain, Scotland

  • I think this place used to be the Carlton Brewery, the whole area that contained this place was strictly fenced off to the public, I snuck through an obviously man made hole near the right of this photo through the wooden part of the fence. I think the reason it’s off limits is because there’s a totally asbestos riddled building behind me in the image, I was safe where i was though! I really love photographing old derelict buildings like this one, it has some top notch graffiti, broken old relics from another era, and just a generally well aged feeling about the place. Totally worth breaking into!

  • To see this building in colour, visit The Old Brewery

  • Got bored studying for my exam, made this up instead :) / See Cartoon Lonsdale for more

  • An abandoned house that has suffered from fire and general neglect; situated near to Brodie.

  • Another shot of the abandoned house.

  • Its amazing what you can find , or see when you really look at something, I have passed this building countless times in the last 20 yrs of working here and I never took the time to realy SEE. This room was a control room for the old compressor house, every thing in it is circa the 50’s (except the telephone ?) not sure when its functioning became obsolete ? This room looked like it had been left in a hurry and no one had bothered to come back, it had that deserted feel and the smell of old decay, great place !

  • One of the last big wharf warehouses of the Melbourne Docklands, soon to be demolished. A sense of peace strangely enough, surrounds the building, like being at the top most point of the pendulam’s swing… Camera:Kiev 88 (80mm lens) Film: 120 Velvia (film famous for its’ oversaturated colours) Exposure: 1/60th at f22

  • Quite a scary place, certainly made my heart pump whilst wandering around! If there was a place to make a horror movie, this would be it! Hope you like it.

  • Again, another shot of Deralict Cement works. I’m not overly sure what this room was used for, but from one of the three doors into the room, I tried to centre the image and capture the reflective light coming through the other two entrances.

  • A picture taken at the abandoned Cement works in Sussex of one of the cylinder shafts.

  • An image in an abandoned cement works in Sussex, I was just awe inspired by the size of this cog and the imagery all in the one photograph. I hope you like it.

  • Well, I wouldn’t go down there! would you? Dis-used stairs in Deralict Cement works in Sussex.

  • This is another image taken in a deralict cement works. It was rather creepy! And most the windows have a real scary feel about them.

  • Shot on Ilford 125 FP4 Ruins, Northcliff Hill Jhb South Africa

  • this elevator sits on its site were it was built / all tracks are removed and left to the elements / taken in Simmie Saskatchewan Sept-2009 / Olympus E510 14/42 lens HDR / lightroom 2.3 photomatix 3.2
