  • I had the photo of the old car, I took it at a vintage junkyard, I motion blurred the surroundings then burned to make the outer edges look like night. I added two red colored star bursts over each tail light to make them look like they were glowing. I then cloned in my picture “Trapped” after resizing it to make it look as if she was inside the car. / Hopefully I did a decent job with this and someone out there will like it.

  • A simple ad I did for my school news paper. the idea is clearly stated.. And that is one “Demented Clown” LOL / / Copyright / These Images and Writings Do Not Belong To ANY Public Domain. • You may know him as the lovable family man and “Water Fall Guy”, but who knows what evil lurks in the heart of man. I caught him on the prowl the night of a full moon (shooting fire from his head no less) and…well, it wasn’t pretty!

  • I got bored and started drawing on my dad’s tablet thingy, and that’s basically the whole story. Enjoy the little demented creature I like to call ‘Harry’. xx

  • Apophysis fractal with texture and manipulation effects. ___________ / My work is © Bobbie Sandlin and is not for public domain. The work and materials in my gallery may not be reproduced, altered, transmitted, or uploaded in any way without expressed written permission.

  • Woven blue ribbon textures form into a warped votex effect, in this fractal abstract art design. I did this in Apophysis. Playing with variations, it was a shocker when this came into view. I love the “ribbons” lol

  • One of my cat’s Skylar. He likes his kitty dope. (catnip) And I bet, if he was human, he’d like a fruity martini. He’s a pretty princess… 8×10.5 / Pens.

  • A childhood spent in a drafty Austrian castle probably was not the cause of Wolfgang Runcible’s difficulties, but it certainly did not help matters much. His remote and reserved father took his compulsive childhood dissections of frogs and small insects as an indication that medical school might be in order for the young Wolfgang. But biology was not what interested the boy; he was in search of the creatures’ souls. Although he breezed through his rigorous courses in his Viennese medical school, he remained most fascinated with the workings of the mind. He was forever hatching farfetched theories about the origins of mental difficulties that made him the laughingstock of his older classmates. “Ego? Id? Where does he come up with this stuff?” muttered Herr Jung. “I don’t know, but it sounds like a load of crap to me”, replied Sigmund. Utterly defeated and desperate, he turned his attention to the formulation of potions that might provide some relief for those suffering from the conditions with which he could so closely identify. Following the close specifications of the voices in his head, he came up with his Sugar-Coated Catharsis Pills. “Best to start with an animal trial”, said the voices, reasonably. Despite the fact that the pills had some unusual and unexpected effects on his cat, Umlaut, Wolfgang decided that he would never truly know unless he tried his concoction himself. As you can see the results were rather startling and necessitated radical alterations to most of Runcible’s headwear. Nothing if not persistent, he graduated medical school at the top of his class and managed to obtain a license to practice medicine, but his unsettling appearance tended to exacerbate the condition of his patients. Nonetheless, he convinced his by then elderly and feeble-minded father to let him convert the castle into an asylum and that is how Doctor Runcible came to administer one of Europe’s most notorious institutions. “Lunatic” is such a harsh term, but then again there are those who would say that if the straightjacket fits… This original artwork and story are copyright Ramona Szczerba 2008. • Buford P. Cunningham was just another under-paid maintenance man at the ACME Genetic Alteration Center between Wal-Mart and McDonalds working the graveyard shift to support him and his 39 pit bulls and his 214 ferrets (fun, sport, and food for his voracious sweet innocent little puppies) when he heard a funny noise coming from the frothing green glowing lab in the basement. Upon further investigation Ol’ Buford P. stuck his nose where he new damn well he wasn’t suppose to--by the time he felt the 7 legged spider leap on his nose—it was too late……. *So all that remains to be seen is the answer to the giant looming question in your twisted inquiring mind--who will survive and thrive and feast-those pit bulls-or—those ferrets? / Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? I created this one using exclusively my own original artwork and photos, and extensive hand drawn work in Corel Painter X. Yes that is poooooor Matty again under all that torment……………he loves it!

  • I’m not quite sure how to describe this. It’s an externalization of what I feel stuck in a society that thinks Sarah Palin has an I.Q. larger than her bra size and that “W” was good for the country. B.T.W.: This hurt. Wrapping your head in barbed wire and pulling it tight (even special FX wire) isn’t something I’d recommend on a date night. I’m contemplating making it a series. This isn’t bad, but a bit too slick . . . (I am, unfortunately, somewhat facile.) maybe more wire visibly poking into the eyes and pulling the mouth open; maybe more “realism” than “expressionism”. Something a little more subtle and not so open that you can get it at a glance. I’m guilty of using Francis Bacon as a guiding light . . . a person who said something about the times he lived within. Agony at what is, comment upon what could be and a desire to change what we are and what we could become freed from the Mullahs and Mega-Church monsters. (My, how alliterative. I must try Cosmo as a market.) Something added: I’m too slick. That’s a bad thing. Anyway, that and a buck will get you a cup of tea.
