  • The full title of this picture is ‘Hate Delirium [ Never Forgive, Never Forget]’ and goes with my other picture, Love Delirium. Whereas Love Delirium is in a happy relationship, Hate Delirium isn’t – she is being torn apart and ripped by her feelings which were binding her. She is full of revenge due to her partner stabbing her with all his lies, and from cupid shooting his arrow at first and making her fall from him. The heart which is badly ripped apart and shattered shows how it has been damaged so much thats its too late and now she can’t use it at all… she is too hurt that all she wants is to get her own back. —-—-—-—-—-——- Thank You For Viewing / Original By Emma Black / Do Not Use Without Permission

  • Delirium Tremens

  • It’s a rather abstract composition made of Mexican Red Knee Tarantula and a macaque’s skull. Now, the tarantula needs no introduction, it’s an arachnophiles’ classic. The skull on the other hand is pretty interesting – it comes from Borneo, the Kalimantan province, and it is difficult to tell how old it is. The carvings are not really typical for the Dayak people, and they bear a mark of unique craftsmanship. I guess it would make a rather spectacular large print – up to 55×82 cm at 150 DPI. The image is a composite of two (I have only one spider…), taken with Canon EOS 5D, Canon 100mm/2.8 Macro USM.

  • More from the “arachnids-and-dead-things” series – featuring Green-Blue Bottle Tarantula this time. It’s a full of light, colorful, optimistic piece that will brighten your room. Taken with EOS 5D; Canon’s 100mm/2.8 Macro USM.

  • My girlfriend’s Fan-Fingered Gecko (duplicated in PS) and a macaque’s skull, carved by Dayaks of Kalimantan (Borneo).

  • Based on the idea that our characters that we come up with, could possibly exist in an alternate universe. My character, Delirium has the ability to invade dreams. The other night I had a dream about her. I’ve never dreamed about any other character of mine before… so I thought, what if she was using her power to visit me? :)

  • A son is a male offspring; man in relation to either or both of his parents. The female equivalent is a daughter. A mother is a biological and social female parent of an offspring.Perhaps the most pressing issue facing geriatrics is the treatment and prevention of delirium. This is a condition in which hospitalized elderly patients become confused and disoriented when confronted with the uncertainty and confusion of a hospital stay. The health of the patient will decline as a result of delirium and can increase the length of hospitalization and lead to other health complications. The treatment of delirium involves keeping the patient mentally stimulated and oriented to reality, as well as providing specialized care in order to ensure that their needs are being met. • This is a blast from the past. I pulled out this old invite from a gallery show I did back in 1998 at Delirium Tremens gallery (no longer) in Echo Park, Los Angeles, CA. This is a painting from the show and was the cover of the invite for the opening.

  • One of the many awesome peaks in the Eastern Dolomites of North-East Italy. This one is near Cortina d’Ampezzo, and like most of this range, exhibits beautiful pink and orange hues at sunset. (The scientifically-inclined might like to know that these mountains are composed of mineralized coral.) (PLEASE enlarge)
