This T shirt has magical properties.. A certain artist who frequented this site until recently.. bought this T shirt and shortly after sold a painting to Paris Hilton. “BUY THIS T SHIRT AND BECOME FAMOUS” Here’s one I made earlier.

Taken in the park at Loches a lovely old town in the Touraine region of France. This picture just presented it’s self perfectly and looked so typically French. No cropping, colour slightly deepened to make people more silhouetted Nikon 4800, auto setting.

This was taken at Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton N.J. J. Seward Johnson recreates Edouard Manet’s painting Dejeuner Sur I’Herbe in his sculpture Dejeuner Deja Vu. Hidden from direct view, it is a piece that must be discovered. Passersby stumble upon it only to gasp in shock and then laugh once they have realized their mistake. There are many other sculptures in their natural settings. A great place to visit if you are ever in central New Jersey.

One of the first nineteenth century artists to approach modern-life subjects, he was a pivotal figure in the transition from Realism to Impressionism. / His early masterworks The Luncheon on the Grass and Olympia engendered great controversy, and served as rallying points for the young painters who would create Impressionism. Today these are considered watershed paintings that mark the genesis of modern art.
