*Graphite pencil on Bristol Board Paper ;) This is the first in my new series~ “Can I Live Here Too?” I have embarked on a journey to help the animals that have just as much of a right to live here as we do…..sad to say that baby seals like this are clubbed to death to be skinned, everyday at alarming numbers, these helpless innocent babies anywhere from 12 to 28 weeks are being murdered in terribly painful ways….I saw in a video called Earthlings, not only did they club the baby to death, they tossed its mangled body to the side where I watched the mother seal morning her baby, I felt her pain, you could see it in her eyes….she was so beside herself in the loss of her baby….I cant for the life of me understand this, I am crying at this very moment….its not fair…I cant sit here and not do anything any more…please help me teach people the importance of animals and their right to live….. / As with all in this series 50% of any and all proceeds go to the Defenders of Wildlife: in my attempt to help….please help open people’s eyes and show them how to love…. This is the third in my “Can I Live Here Too” series…a baby panda bear…These are such beautiful special beings…its not fair at all what is happening to them…It is estimated that there are somewhere around 700 and 1,000 giant pandas still alive in the wild. Because they rely on bamboo as their main food they will remain in danger unless their habitat is expanded. The differing varieties of bamboo go through periodic die-offs as part of their renewal cycle. Without the ability to move into new areas that have not been affected many Pandas will starve to death. When die-offs occur the bears that do try to find a new place to feed often run into farmers and poachers. / As with all in this series 50% of any and all proceeds go to the Defenders of Wildlife: in my attempt to help….please help open people’s eyes and show them how to love….

This is the second in the ‘Can I Live Here Too’ series…this is a bengal tiger cub….alone his parents poached for their skins and bones for silly human reasons…he now has to find a way to survive….this is a sad story with no happy ending….the statistics for these beautiful and magestic beings are not good at all and if we dont do anything soon they will be gone…one day the only place our children will be able to view a tiger is in a book….is this ok? do people not see a problem with this?we cant sit back and watch these wonderful souls disappear, because us humans have such huge egos and think we have a right to own the world….help me in the fight for their lives….spread the word, knowledge is power! “Can you look me in my eyes and still leave me cold and alone….” / As with all in this series 50% of any and all proceeds go to the Defenders of Wildlife: in my attempt to help….please help open people’s eyes and show them how to love…. / Another way to help save these babies! Chance, drawn from a few reference photos of the cutest cuddliest fuzziest arctic wolf pups I could find…the fourth in the ‘Can I Live Here Too?’ series…wolves are so beautiful…so magnificent and mysterious…who would want to live in a world with out wolves? Apparently a lot of people…they say wolves are feeding on our live stock…well if we wouldn’t be over taking every usable acre of land this wouldn’t be happening….the real reason fish and game people want to kill wolves is because they want all the game for themselves….they want to be able to kill a deer and stick its head on the wall…so kill all the wolves so there are more trophy animals for hunters….disgusting…last time I checked wolves were endangered in 48 of the United States of America…now they want to take the wolves off of the list so the wolves wont even be safe in national parks… Why does the future have to look so bleak….why cant they have a chance….why do people think they have a right to decide who can live here and who cant…. / / As with all in this series 50% of any and all proceeds go to the Defenders of Wildlife in my attempt to help….spread the word…knowledge is power…save the beauty that is life…. A solitary Polar Bear contemplates portents in the Arctic sky. Will Summer bring a bountiful supply of food or will global warming melt too much of the Polar ice and bring starvation or drowning for his kind? We can make a difference by reducing the use of electricity and fossil fuels like gasoline. We bought an e-scooter last year, runs on battery and doesn’t polute. It’s fantastic! What will your contribution to the environment be for this year? 25% of profits from each poster sold will go directly to Defenders of Wildlife in their efforts to save the Polar Bears of the frozen (but rapidly melting) North Pole.
