This image was taken @ Port Willunga at the remains of the old jetty. On a recent journey back to Port Willunga recently, I’d noticed that many of these posts had been burnt. I was extremely bored today and I wanted to do something creative so I found the bubbles and started blowing out in the backyard. It was a little windy today so it was a stupid idea but I couldn’t stop trying, I just wanted ONE ! bubble with some sort of reflection before it popped. It was a mess, dripping bubbles everywhere and dropping my camera around my wrist a hundred times and then POP…..too late ! but finally I got one I really liked ….it reminds me of a garden globe.

A photograph of a bubble on some twigs….much like the other one but this one had a lot more reflections and colors. You can see my camera and my hand in the middle as well. / It is very yellow, I don’t know how that happened, maybe the gloomy grey skies. Most of them are clear with blue and pink streaks. This one reminded me of colored mercury glass. / (I added shadow to bring out the colors more.)

This is not a dandelion but It’s similar. if anyone knows what it is, let me know :) It’s around the size of a tennis ball and It’s so delicate. I found these when I was taking a nature walk with my girls. Luckily we were on our way back to the car when I spotted these so we grabbed a few for me to play with and sprinkle LOL….................I’m addicted I know ;)

Art, it is what it is. Just a quick painting done mostly with a napkin, my fingers and a knife. Acrylic on canvas with more of a watercolor effect – done very quickly and very roughly. A little something to clear my mind. Less is sometimes more. /
