Two Brighton Deck chairs sit with great vantage spot of a incoming storm front. I love the moody feel to this shot. I must thank Matthew Bonnington for his help in bringing the most out of this shot, his help with some new processing techniques really add impact to this shot.

I found this one a little apart from the heard just chilling in the gentle Atlantic waves off Southern England’s coast.

I spent an unexpected and very windy afternoon on the beach today. Weymouth lies on the south coast of England, in the county of Dorset. It is a quintessential English seaside town, full of colour and noise, hotdogs and ice cream, buckets and spades, and people of all ages. Weymouth will host the sailing competitions in the Olympics 2012.

large canvas 107 x 152cm. mixed media. The guitar has wire strings stitched thru the canvas, the hibiscus stamen is beaded. Vintage timber longboard on beach…....this is boy’s own adventure stuff, with a pile of classic old hardcover books on the verandah deck waiting to be read, can’t you just smell the Frangipanis? This is the last painting for a while and i’ve done it specifically for my 2009 calendar.
