I’m a big fan of Australian native plants. Exotic stuff suck up too much water and are diabolical for growing stuff under. But there are times when the exotics shine. Bright, a small regional town in the north east of Victoria, has a pretty spectacular boulevard of conifers and decidious trees (elms I think). Autumn delivers. Shutter work by my son, and (at the risk of it sounding pretentious) art direction by me while we drove up and down the road into town.
