Ever felt the heavy heart of saying goodbye? In love, in life, in death. Family, lovers, friends. An empty track and sad, sad heart. Whiteman Park, Swan Valley, Perth. When I found this little station, I found myself thinking of the work of two photographers: Don, an awesome photographer who loves trains! He does wonderful landscapes and other great work. He’s given me so much help over the past few years – a generous soul with a great eye for photography. Paul Louis Villani also leapt into my head. He has some incredible images of trains and train stations. While I wouldn’t even attempt to immitate his style, his work gives me so much inspiration, and got me thinking about how I would like to present this scene. Dangerous Days was the original name of the screenplay and film, Blade Runner. An interpretation of the city view, especially with the opening sequence in mind. A Replicant looks on, knowing her time is short. Blade Runner is one of my favourite movies of all time, and the book is another favourite, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? hahah there was a place where the clouds were cross and grumpy. so it rained and rained and rained. / it rained so much the water and land started to take on a life of its own. / and they grew little mushrooms out of there head, more for fun than anything, lets just say they enjoyed a good shrubbery ;3 this took a really long time / 20 mins to sketch but 3 days to vector :D / i hope you all enjoy

“Rainy Day On The Mulberry River” / Fall has arrived!!!!! As Is…...... / Canon PowerShot S3 IS Sometimes during the fall season, Arkansas is subjected to rain storms rolling in. It makes the light for photography a bit more difficult, but it doesn’t dampen my spirit because it sure adds mood. With the cool air meeting the / warn air, in comes the fog, adding a warmer touch to the otherwise bold colors of this fall scene along the Mulberry River. This shot was taken by turning off from Highway 23 South, also known as the “Scenic Pig Trail Bypass”, on to Arkansas State Highway 112. MAY 2009 / Here comes the rain. Its been gorgeous and sunny here for the last few weeks. Today is gloomy and wet, so off I went into the garden to play with the dianthus and daisies. I’m 8 months into the recovery of my broken hip and I can get down on the lawn quite comfortably now and roll around in the raindrops…thank goodness. lol / Taken with a Canon EOS 400D and 100mm macro lens. I’m having my 150mm macro lens back on saturday…its fixed and its cost me just over £100.00….ouch…I must remember not to drop it again.

When I put this on my desktop at work…everyone loved it. I actually sent it to a lot of my friends throughout the company I worked for and was told it was on many desktops.
