  • At the very north end of the Grampians the major ranges covered with trees give way to rocky bluffs, caves and some of the best rock climbing anywhere in Australia. Summery Day valley is the ‘entry level’ location here – it’s a series of beautiful cliffs in a horse shoe arena. Always a spot in the sun, always a spot in the shade, 30min walk up to a great camping / sunset spot. Just writing about it makes me long to be there.

  • A stunningly calm morning on Llyn Dinas in North Wales with a light mist covering the flat calm surface of the lake, and the warm dawn light illuminating the small boathouse on the bank. View the rest of our portfolio here Or visit our own website here

  • Taken on the Byward Market in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. One of my first photos taken back in November 2007 and probably the one photo that I have received the most comments on in general. This was also one of my first attempts at selective colouring.

  • Model – Millie Claire / MUA – Cloe Bunter of Makeup by Cloe Pentacon Six TL + Kodak Portra 160VC / I won’t show the digital versions, seems to have caused a little friction on dA ;) Needless to say if you’re familiar with the original Snow White text, you might just know what this is about :D Melbourne’s Parklands have very photogenic footpaths. I believe this was shot in the Queen Vic Park… I dunno, it was hot and there were a LOT of parks. Copyright 2008 Harmony Nicholas

  • The colorful glory of the Painted Hills in the John Day Fossil Bed National park in beautiful Oregon. Actually, this part is even before the official park part. Beautifully complimented by a threatening sky, the sun coming out just at the right time for our visit to this magical place. Only a little over 24 hours after our first total loss accident, and just a few hours before that sky would unleash its wrath upon us causing the second. Like I said in my journal, it was an eventful holiday.

  • The Sussex Downs, between Eastbourne and Brighton. The Seven Sisters cliffs are made of chalk that formed where the South Downs meet the sea. The cliffs are receding at about 30-40cm each year on average. The process is intermittent with major falls occurring after heavy rain or rough seas, often two of three times per year. Where these falls occur they protect the base of the cliffs from the sea and usually there are no falls in the same places for eight or nine years until the sea undercuts the cliffs again.
