  • Watch a Video (AMV – Advent Children) here Meet me after dark again and I’ll hold you / I want nothing more than to see you there / And maybe tonight, we’ll fly so far away / We’ll be lost before the dawn If only night could hold you where I can see you, my love / Then let me never ever wake again / And maybe tonight, we’ll fly so far away / We’ll be lost before the dawn Somehow I know that we can’t wake again from this dream / it’s not real, but it’s ours Maybe tonight, we’ll fly so far away / We’ll be lost before the dawn Maybe tonight, we’ll fly so far away / We’ll be lost before the dawn [Chanting] Evanescence

  • My first foray out to Coogee Pool. I have been wanting to shoot this location for a while now. The lighting is pretty weird here, different temperature lights all over the place. I ended up having to do do 3 raw conversions on this image to correct for casts at different areas of the photo (and then blend them back together). The surf club sitting up the top is illuminated so perfectly it looks like it has been lit for a movie. I like the partial reflection of the surf club in the water as well.

This work was featured in Live, Love, Dream. The background (sky and water) is a photograph of clouds I took during summer 2007 just before sunrise. I never really figured out what to do with it. Inspired by the dreamy tune of Catch A Fall by 4 Strings. I had this song on repeat while I made this.

  • I love the smell and dewy softness of fresh cut flowers in the morning. There is something special about going out just as the sun begins to climb into the beginning trip for the day. The air is cool and soft. The flowers still sleepy and full of dew. :o) Created in Apophysis 3D Hack. Postwork in Photoshop.

  • Sometimes, on my way to work or just before starting my day, I love to look out and see what I have always thought of as “the first breath of day”. You know what I mean… when the sun starts to pink the sky and silhouette the trees. The birds begin to chitter. The rabbits begin to hippity home. The coyotes begin to yip goodnight to the others. The air smells fresh and still. :o) Created in Fractal Explorer. Featured in: Style! Class! Elegance! Excellence! Sept 2009

  • I’m going to unashamedly say that I am hugely proud of this piece. For a long time I just sat and looked at it after I finished it, not knowing exactly what to call it. It feels so very personal, so uniquely me, I considered things like “Beautiful Insanity”...along those lines. But, in the end “Where do I Begin?” came to mind and I went with it. All my own photos and textures used. FEATURED in All Original Blends and Friends of RedBubble

  • I got Jamie to model for me for this mad manipulation. You can decide if it’s surreal fun or surreal creepy…or just surreal wierd. All my own photos, my own textures, my own husband and my own eye used. :) I like it!

  • I have an hour commute and one morning, driving across the swampy area of Route 540, in Salem County, New Jersey, USA, it was particularly foggy. I had to stop because it was gorgeous (low tide is mud). Photo taken with a Nikon D90 and a Sigma 17-70 mm lens. By the way, sort of dangerous, people fly down this road! / / / Featured in New Jersey Scenery 12-16-09 / 158 views 12-19-09

  • Ok, now I’m just being indulgent, for which I apologise. This is the colour version of yesterday’s Morning breaks – Breaking news…..just been accepted at 1x….lol!
