Rocks lay strewn on the beach below the cliff face at Bird Rock on the Great Ocean Road, the result of years of erosion, day in and day out, little by little by the constant change of the daily tides or the ravages of the pounding seas and waves!!

I actually wanted to take this pic about five minutes earlier, but took too long making a coffee. I missed the real redness that a Torquay dawn often brings. Maybe next time… I still like it, though!! One exposure, using a Pentax K10D.
