For the Passions Group / / I’ve ridden motorbikes since the age of 17, and never lost my love of them. Motorbikes are more than just a mode of transport. They are raw energy, but, in many cases, they are also mobile art, and, to me, Harley Davidson machines are, perhaps, one of the best examples. I went along to the Ace Café one evening to see what I could see. The venue has a wonderful history and is a fully refurbished café cum restaurant all kitted out in 50’s style. Car and bike enthusiasts of all types meet there regularly. /

We worked every day, Sunday included, until at least ten o’clock at night. I remember it was an event when we quit work on Christmas night at eight o’clock to attend a family reunion. ~ Walter Davidson, one of the founders of Harley-Davidson. Tim let me hop off the back and shoot this one evening. I couldn’t resist the combination of light and shadows, and the railroad track disappearing over the horizon.*
