  • The mask I bought from Flavia (www.veniceatelier.com) – I also bought the dress there, shown on another picture.

  • Shot with Canon T90; Kodak Film ISO 400 :c) / I placed the camera on the ground and had it on slow shutter speed. We pretended to have some breatcrumbs and waited for the pigeons to gather around us. Once they were there, my friend clapped loudly so they would sore. I pressed the shutter, right into the pigeons. / I hadn’t completely focused on the buildings, more on the pigeons in the foreground, meaning, the buildings aren’t tack sharp – in the beginning, this picture was more an accident, but now I actually think it works better that way as it adds to the seemingly chaotic motion of the birds :)

  • I’ve finally got around to making this one into a tee :) Will try to make some more of my drawings into tees soon, suggestions on which ones are more then welcome! / Zoom in for full effect. This illustration was published in the 2007 Semi-Permanent book, yay! Also looks hot on colour

  • I must admit Impressionism has always been my favorite art movement and Van Gogh a talent unmatched. I also must admit that this piece was strongly influenced by Van Gogh’s masterful Starry Night. / / zazzle / zazzle

  • Every year around the end of March till the mid of April Washington DC is pretty in pink. Everywhere you go you see these beautiful cherry blossoms in bloom. These trees were in fact a gift from the Japanesse back in 1912. When I saw these blossoms they were so delicate I wanted that to come across in the shot. The photograph had many flowers in the shot, pink petals everywhere but the emphasis and just how soft and light these petal where wasn’t coming through to my liking. Hence, I thought the method of selective coloring would do it better justice.

  • 57 Tbird

  • Would love people’s opinions on this. I have started taking lots of photos of Melbourne’e laneways because I love them. i also like this effect, even if it can be considered cliched. I want to make the shot a bit more grungy but I feel I am almost there.
