Night time shot of the pedestrian bridge crossing the Eastern Distributor Motorway in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. This photo has been selected to be screened on the big screen in Federation Square in Melbourne, many thanks to the Gene Pool’s City Nights The event will be presented during Aug and Sep this year.
hello there, nice to meet you
We went to an abandoned house for some light painting. The light stencil was done in front of a glass door. I was behind the glass door and a gelled flash was fired behind me. The gel color was meant to match the stencil color. This is straight out of the camera with no editing or post processing. How it was done: 1 hand held gelled 480EX fired behind subject manually. 1 Minolta5800 set at 1/1 fired manually into a softbox with a stencil on it to create the ‘fiz-iks’ logo in front of the door. Captured on a Canon 400D.

I was wondering how to name this next work of mine. I love butterflies and even more moths. They can have such strange shapes and amazing colors… In my painting, these little “bugs” stuck to the watch have symbolic meaning. The moth as a traveler in the dark, a resident of a lamp in the park, is tired of trying to get as close as possible to the light. And the butterfly, a herald of spring, makes our life so positive and beautiful. To make this painting, I just used pastels and my magic pencil… And voila… / Matted Print / Laminated Print / Framed Print
