Hmmm when you can have an understanding of each other and need (want) one another…that has alot to do with love. Oil on canvas, an older image but i thought i would post it.

I designed this for a poster for my friends new band, Reckless Cause. I had a week to come up with a concept for a poster, and this is where i ended up. The idea behind it, basically, is: to be a part of a cause is to put your hand in it, or put your hand up for it, or at least thats how i figured it. The tree layered over the top of the hand can be seen as purely decorative, or if you want to look deeper into the concept, it could be seen as breaking or cracking up the hand, because of the recklessness of the cause!
