I love Fantasy art featuring fairies resting on a crescent moon. This is my newest work. I created it yesterday. The fairy is the same model as the one in “Shooting Stars,” except a couple years later. I wanted to convey a mysterious mood, featuring a lovely fairy resting a top of her moon, as if it were a throne for a fairy princess. She awakens only at night to watch over the world while in our slumber.
She has the whole world in her hands! LOL!

River and I drove for a couple of hours before dawn and got to a spot up on a little hill in the woods, kind of feeling “freezing to death”, so we thought we’d wake up the sun and this is when…. Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Nature Canada

The quote is from the beautiful song, “Imagine” by John Lennon – “You might say that I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope one day you will join us, and the world will be as one.”
Just before darkness arrived at Park Voyageur, the edge of the forest almost gave a “sinister” feeling. :) Or, if one is more hopeful, one could say that it is meditative or “eerie”. :)
This portriat displays a Purple fairy sprinkling fairy dust into the air.
This is another version of one of my earlies posts: “Emerge.” I cropped it to change the composition, and blacked out the background for a different look…
Here’s the same image but in full color. There’s not much of a difference, but I wasn’t sure which way I like better…
photo manip. / — / One day thru the back alleys on a wandering out, I found this little fairy girl out front of her home… / Had to get a snapshot :) / - / Hope you enjoy :) —
I drew this for my mom, she likes fairies.
Took this photo on the Liffey Falls Walk in Tasmania. I like the way the mushrooms have a translucent look. I have a brighter photo of them but the effect just isn’t the same.
This was one of my edits, modelled by myself. I added the wings by hand. All the rest was just me playing around so I hope you like it. Let me know.

Sick of all the stick thin and inhumanly beautiful “Ana fairies” on Anorexia websites, I decided to do a mixed media piece on what they really look like. For me at least, anorexia is dark, frightening, dizzying, jeering, and black and white. There is nothing beautiful about it.
Since it is getting to be that time of year I thought I would work on some darker stuff.
