Just after sunrise and I walk around the Mt Dare Station while all is quiet. / This isolated pub on the edge of the Simpson Desert not only offers a thirst quenching drink but the best outback hospitality as well.

This was taken last year, after we had a lot of snow, in our back yard. I love the look on Harley’s face. It looks like a snowball is coming at him, but it’s not. Kay and I adopted Harley two years ago. He is a golden retriever/australian shepherd with some chow. He is now eight years old. Disclaimer: No real snowballs were used in the making of this image. Only a snowflake in front of the lens.
