I took this photo in my backyard after the rain today. I think it worked well as the flower seems to jump out from the contrasting blurry green background. Hope you all like it.
My first attempt at macro using a reversed 50mm f/1.8 to get approximately 1:1 magnification photos.. / Thanks for looking! 1/125 at f8 reversed with in-built flash and homemade diffuser.. Best Viewed LARGE
A Daisy is reflecting in rain drops that are on a sunflower leaf. Taken in the backyard veggie garden. Taken with a Rebel XTi and Sigma 17-70mm lens. Rome, PA / Featured in Canon vs Nikon group. Aperture Priority Mode / Shutter Speed 1/320 sec / F-8 / ISO 400
Kind of a fun one…. I had this idea of the petals falling into the water, than I thought of put my friend in there. He says… “She loves me, she loves me not, she loves me!” Pretty cute, hey….:-) / / Used Photoshop to blend the two images and cut the petals off and rearrange them. This reminds me of September because of the song “Will I see you in September”. He’s hoping she still loves him. Hope you like! Add me to your watch list now
