Yes I know what you’re all thinking…It’s ANOTHER PET DOG!!!!! Don’t panic you arty farty types…it’s only up for a limited time whilst I make some cards for a friends present. Then it will be strictly back to black polo necks and matching berets. Ciao baby. Postscript (Wow I literally just uplaoded this to make cards for a friends birthday. I had no idea people would comment on it! I feel compelled to point out – as those who know me understand – my humour is very dry and ironic. Don’t take anything I say seriously! Except for my Africa pics and this word – thanks…) :) I MIGHT ADD IF ANYONE WANTS TO BUY IT-GO ON, ON YA, YEAH NOW AND THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! COLLECT THE SET!!
Here’s a photo of my little girl taken noon today basking in the warm sun at the local beach. I just find this image very relaxing
I’m no photographer – at all – but I took this polaroid of my dog years ago and loved how the colours turned out. He looked like he was dreaming and knowing him it’d be about food so I added a little sketch.
I found this photo amongst all my parents old albums and found out the little boy is actually my dad! I played around with it in photoshop and added a few bits and pieces to revamp the old shot as a new artwork. - Updated 1/02/08
This is another old photo I found amongst my parents albums and had some fun with in photoshop. This is my uncle! He loved his red boots. Such a cutey.
A design I came up with a while ago… Based on a photograph I took :)
LOL.. I made this funny manipulation a while ago.. as I was going through some old work of mine I found it and thought it would make a funny Birthday Card :)
Drawing and digital manipulation. / ‘Polly put the kettle on’ was published in 1797. The origin was the author was watching his children (3girls and 2 boys) play. He observed that when the girls wanted to play without the boys they would pretend to start a game of ‘tea party’.”Polly put the kettle on” and the daughter called Polly would put the toy kettle on! As soon as the brothers left Sukey(Susan) would take it off again! Their father was so amused that he set the words to music and published it as a nursery rhyme! I Think our modern version is Polly get the Tupperware! He he!
This is how my first serious painting looks like and I chose to paint an owl. That was like 6 years ago I think :D Very few had seen this. When I was painting this, I was thinking “If I were an owl, I would be able to hear the sweet whispers of lovers in the park.”...yep, in case you are wondering, those are sound waves, owls have such fantastic hearing that’s simply amazing!! I always treasure the beginner’s spirit and I kept reminding myself not to lose it….because once you become used to something, it loses that magic, It is now nicely framed and hanging in the most intimate part of my apartment. For those of you who may be curious to see how my owls look like now, you can check them out at my udonchow gallery here in RB :D / /
This is a tribute to my lovely cat…She died last spring.

A young baboon and its mother. Taken in the Masai Mara, Kenya, this young baboon was quite shy at first. After a while he lept up on to his mothers back and rode away, gazing back at me. The light at the time was very harsh, but this treatment in photoshop seems to have given the shot more depth. This is a doodle I’d done inside my own leather journal. I scanned it and added lots of textures and colour. Of course… recognition goes to the great JL for his lyric. For some reason my little two year old girly girl, Mila, is passionate about snails… could be the influence of her older wiser brother, Hudson, I suppose. Anyway, after every rainstorm she goes out and ransacks the garden for snails, carrying them around in bunches, or filling plastic containers with hundreds of the slimy little buggers, leaving them oozing snail slime and overflowing behind bedroom doors or under the table, for me to step on later… Camera Model Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL / Shooting Date/Time 2009/10/14 01:57:44 PM / Tv( Shutter Speed ) 1/60 / Av( Aperture Value ) 6.3 / ISO Speed 200
