I’ve been baking again, and these little choccy cupcakes were a delicious treat yesterday with a cup of coffee….. Canon 40D, Canon 60mm macro, 1/250 sec at F8, ISO 100, 580EX Canon flash. Recipe: see here and just add a couple of tablespoons of quality cocoa to the mix, bake as per recipe and then ice with chocolate butter cream. I called Danny a cupcake today, and well, he is. Complete with brown dot. Had considered a chocolate chip instead of the cherry but I didn’t have the right shade of brown. Oh, and a wee spruik for Derwent – I am totally in love with the Coloursoft range! Have a pack of 12 at the moment and am kicking my own arse for not getting the full 72. Hand coloured for extra flavour and that squishy feeling inside that you only get from home made cupcakes. najeroux
