  • Wall art modified for t-shirt. Letters on woman’s face are grey, which might look odd on coloured shirts. Style 3b is same design with transparent letters. (Thank’s for the requests to make this work into t-shirts)

  • A competition entry from earlier this year. It’s a bit more of an eccentric shot (and I never really got anybody to understand what the title meant!) but anyway…

  • I had typed in the word MEDITATION and I was scrolling through the fonts to find a suitable one, when I clicked onto TextilePief – these symbols came up and they seemed to suit the image somehow…add a bit of mystery :)

A dedication to a heart of what was greater than a beating breath / of mystery and synergy in line with those such greatness / a tired little moment in a grueling age of sub-standard care / for those who braved the mockery to pride in utter nakedness So when a “this book was written for you” falls on knees or shies / and reaching out can only grab the misty hand of mine and thiers / tears fall on a rusting roof, dripping to the half rusted earth / for all the ones who ran away and all the ones with none left for repairs But on the clouds, like sainted chariot of something more momentous / a wish to gods lost long ago and the folk who held them in death / so life will spring to bound ahead and redefine our simple quest / We can let the grip a bit go, sigh our hearts to peaces which never left.

  • This is it. I spent a while brainstorming this, it’s part of a big project I’m working on, some hidden ace I’ll not reveal for the moment. Here I offer my odd, weird and abstract schematic of the core of an alien computer. Each line was manually placed (yes, you got it right) trying to follow my own wicked logic for line placement. I spent hours arranging those lines then copying that original layer of lines to create the final image (which has over 20 layers). It’s obscenely big (4500×4500) and Photoshop cried every time I added another line. Lets explain things a bit: the core is clearly at the centre. There are four subnetworks (the other four spheres) which represent diverse aspects that the Mainframe has, plus some “ghost schemes”, more specifically two copies of the core extended above it (yes, the light from the center doesn’t have any lens flare I built the light myself by arranging several output renders from Chaoscope), which are part of the core but can act independently if needed. The lines are the thousands of connections/links between nodes, subnetworks and other links. A long story awaits.
