A collection of fractals and graphic ‘playing’. It reminds me of the days long ago in my childhood, when my grandmother would tell me to look for palaces and fairies in the flames of her fire.
This is the 4th of the Photoshop series being worked on. Because this piece is being added to the Bordom Competition i am required to explain what this art depicts. This image is to represents how music (particularly singing in this case) can be an outlet, a freedom from, or an escape from the rest of the world (represented by the clock). our world is ruled by time and music can release you from it (shown by the crows flying over the clock). So i hope that helps anyone who was wondering what this meant, thanks for checking out this piece and the rest. Andrew please leave your tips and comments Worktime: 11 hours / Layers: 15
Always one that can’t quite conform ….. You know what I mean Michael ! Female Wood Duck with her ten ducklings. Wood Ducks are pretty shy, so I was pleasantly surprised they let me get this close to them. The little fella sitting on top of the turtle just made my day, I guess it quite hasn’t learned about the dangers of being this brave ….. Probably best viewed in large format. Sometimes when you are looking through the lens it just pops out and says now. We this is my now.. I liked it even though its so simple.. Again I like simple.. Something For A Fresh Feel
People walking past the ‘Next’ store on Oxford Street. Just busily walking, one place to the next, or maybe in this case past even that. _This also constitutes one of a series of shots – six of them taken in London, all vaguely green-tinted to make them somewhat similar even though there is an underlying, unifying theme (or themes). This is a subset of ‘crowds’, its accompanying piece being that of a bunch of people obliviously walking past a message printed on a door. And as a personal ‘guarantee’ of quality: I’ve had all six shots enlarged and framed on my wall. Small-size, white border, black frame, because I don’t have the room for anything too large. I am pleased with them. For what that’s worth!._
