  • Rainy days are not always what they seem. A flower at rest tasting every raindrops that presents itself to her. / A flower soothed by the gentle touch of a silent drop. When I am sad, I take my camera and off I go to find something beautiful to allow to enter and heal my soul.

  • Night photography is something I really enjoy… From the silent raindrops to the secret night walks… all is magic.

  • Fall time on the Yukon and British-Columbia border (Canada). It is so peaceful to be there… Alone with the magestic mountains…

  • December 21st, Winter Solstice… Shortest day of the year. This day, the sun raises for only a few moments. Daylight is a rare thing in Canada’s great white north… Therefore, it makes it even more interesting to take photographs of the “sleepy sun”...

  • One of my piece of art. This is a snow carving that I made myself in February 2006. It was at the Yukon Sourdough Rendez-vous. She was about 7 feet high to give you an idea. / / It took me 26 hours of consecutive work (no sleep) with a few breaks along the way to warm my toes up… (it was pretty near -40 degrees Celscius below that night. But I was dressed pretty well.) I called her Into The Light because I finished sculpting her when the sun came and shined on her from above the building that was standing in front of her. It was 12(noon) at the time.. I had started to carve her the day before at 10 am. She has her hands open to the sky, for she is as ready to give herself, as ready to receive from the creator.

  • This is one of many faces Yukon Skies take. The whole sky was as red as red can be. It was beautiful… There are the original colors… no modifications made here.

  • This tipi was made 10 years ago. It is still standing today. This is how some Native people of North America use to shelter themselves… I just love the traditional way… I find it beautiful.

  • Great as a wedding, get well or simply friendship card, this cloth rose was made with love…

  • Dawson City, Yukon, Canada. / Taken at midnight on June 21-22 (solstice day-night)

  • For this shot, I had my head right in the chimney… (lol I almost burnt my bangs) / This picture was taken at F4,5, speed 1/1000 Sec. Iso 1600, Focal length 85.0 mm with an approach lense.

  • I saw a dragon’s head on the left side of the picture, therefore, I called it such. It is actually the foot of a hot flame eating away the wood in a chimney. This picture was taken at F5.6, speed 1/25 Sec. Iso 1600, Focal length 300.0 mm I used an approach lense too.

  • Monarch butterfly. / Picture taken at F5.6, speed 1/640, ISO 800.

  • ISO 200, F10, Shutter Speed 1/200 Sec, Focal Length 55.0 mm.

  • This is in very northern British-Columbia… it is just before entering the Yukon Territory. / ISO 400, Shutter Speed 1/500 Sec, F9.0, Focal Length 300.0 mm / Enjoy… :)

  • These are some cloth roses I photographed this summer. I have made this one a card, for I think that it is perfect as a wedding card. / If you would like to get this picture without the writings on it, as a print of any kind, let me know and I will upload for you what it is you would like to purchase. Enjoy.

  • Night walks can be very intriguing… This is the first time ever I’d see such moth… I didn’t modify colors through any programs.. this is as it was shot… What a beautiful color I find it has… :) HOw different… :)

  • This was a night of fun… experimenting with my camera… there are no Photoshop works here either… it is as is… :) Enjoy… :)

  • Shutter Speed 1.6 Sec, ISO 800, F8.0
