Juse a crumbly potato cut them by hand or with a french fries Cutter. The oil is important Peanut oil (arachis oil) two parts, / Sunflower oil one part, Olive oil one part. / 3-5 minutes in the oil (180 degrees) for the first time and let them cool down for 5 minutes. / afther cool in the oil again for 1-3 minutes. Eat tastily
I photographed a bunch of beauuutiful British Shorthair cats today, among them this kitten. They are so fluffy and cuddly and huggable that I completely overlooked my allergy and even thought it was cute when this little one took a bite and punctured my finger. Ingredients: / Tiger prawns / Vegetable oil / Batter Ingredients: / 1 medium egg / Plain flour (100gm) / ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda / Salt to taste Procedure / 1. Remove the heads and shells of the prawns but leave the tails on. Slit the back of each prawn and rinse, remove the black cord. Pat dry with paper tissue and store. / 2. Break and add egg in cold water and whisk. Add flour, bicarbonate soda in the egg-water mixture and mix it to create a mixture with lumps of flour. Dust prawns with some flour and holding tail in the hand dip it in batter, then drop and fry into the oil. Fry till they turn golden brown on medium heat. Decorate and Serve with tomato ketchup
