The infrared medium gives this small creek a dramatic effect. Taken on a hot Queensland summer day.

Shot in January in the city of Aarhus. The name of the street (slash river) is Åboulevarden, in case anyone ever visits Denmark and happens to be in Aarhus ; ) And yes, it’s made from two exposure – I wasn’t THAT lucky with the sky!
Elowah falls tumbles some 200+ feet to the floor of the Columbia River Gorge. Taken on a rainy misty day in January. I never seen that much water coming over the falls.
Hiking down Havasu Creek.
Pine Creek, Zion National Park, Utah. My conscious goal with this image was to simplify the composition.
Captured in the cold dark waters of Blue Mountains’ Grand Canyon, near the main abseil. Timing is everything!
Genesis 9:12-14 (New King James Version) 12. And God said: “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13. I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. 14. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; / God’s Promise to Noah, after The Great Flood !! A once it a lifetime image. This hasn’t been altered or photoshopped in any way. Even in the plant world you can find love. A lonely mangrove hoping to attract another lonely mangrove. Taken at Weyba Creek, Sunshine Coast.
This shot reminds me of the lazy, hazy days of summer back when I used to go swimming in the old creek as a kid. Taken in June of 2007 in beautiful State of Virginia, near historic Williamsburg. Best viewed LARGER!

I had to go back and take another shot of this little waterfall while the yellow Aspen leaves were still reflecting off the water. I usually don’t like taking photos of waterfalls unless it’s an overcast day but this time a sunny day worked in my favor. This little waterfall is in a hard to get to area of Cheyenne Canyon, which is near the famous Seven Falls, and Helen Hunt Falls in Colorado Springs. Canon XTi f/22 18mm(18-55mm) 13 secs. * /
Filling up a glass of water and noticed this out of the kitchen window. Literally ran outside with a t-shirt and slippers on to get this before it went. First few shots were a golden amber in color then it went to this before it disappeared. Only snapped about 30 bracketed shots before it was gone. Gonna go a repot my orchid while this is uploading (and I finished it, thanks dial-up). Hope you like it. Please critique… print available here and on my website. A few miles passed Tortilla Flats, which is outside of Apache Junction, Arizona, this wonderful little oasis pops into view, part of Salt River. Although it is nearly Christmas, the vibrant yellow foliage remains. / Shot with Olympus Stylus 720SW auto, handheld.
