In the fun and wonderful world of SASS (Single Action Shooter Society), there is the favorite event known as Cowboy Action Shooting. The rider be it male or female is armed with two single action revolvers, mounted on a fast horse, and tries to shoot out ten ballons with blanks in a timed event. The balloons are in two rows of 5. This is a near dusk scene Nance has chosen to depict the Cowgirl on her last try of the day to win the prise. Just look at the detrmination in her eyes. She goin’ to win!! When competing in the game of Team Penning. The 3 riders have to work as a team to get the job done. They have under 2 minutes to sort 3 cows out of 30 and drive them to the other side of the arena and into a pen for time. Its a thrill!

This is a print I carved based on a game called Cowboy mounted shooting. It is a timed event where riders have a course to ride while shooting and hitting certain targets. You gets points deducted for targets missed. / her is man and a woman going full force to get their fastest time.
