  • The Little Mermaid was my favourite story as a kid – not the cute Disney version, ther real one which has a kinda sad ending

  • I started reading Les Liaisons dangereuses (Dangerous Liaisons), by Choderlos de Laclos. I was doodling and this drawing sort of reminded me of the Vicomte de Valmont. Although, it doesn’t share much of a resemblance to John Malkovich. I imagined Vicomte de Valmont’s voice to be deeper… hm. / (but maybe that’s just a figured trait for a rake, ha.) ...I almost hate having people ask me to tell them about the book when they ask me what I’m reading. Mostly because my classmates are immature, and I sound like a strange cross between a history geek and a perv / haha : ( so it usually ends with “it’s complicated.”
